Ok since allot of people have heard that I just completed a full Ironman,
and for those who don't know what this is it's a 2.4 miles swim, 112 miles
bike and 26.2 miles running. I am not telling you to brag but to let you
know that anyone of you can achive this if you want or any goal we help you
with be it just walking your local 5k. I want to share I use to be
classified as obese and when I st...arted to run I would go just a few
hundred yards then have to walk but over time I got better and lost weight.
I will still tell you my job is not done. I have lost over 60lbs but still
have about 30 to go to be considered health but I still achived an Ironman.
I also plan to continue doing these till I can no longer do so. So please
take advantage of our group, the motivation that *****, I and any other
member will provide you and get up and know that YES YOU CAN!
