标 题: 向企鹅道个歉

前两天因为spin class的问题，和企鹅发生了争执，我本来的意思
是想说spin class是一个很好的练骑车的途径， 而不是很多人鄙视
的不敢骑车的人的玩具. 我以前在这个三项网站上也是这么说的：

- Spin class is a great way to get in a good workout on a tight schedule, 1
– 1.5 hours on a spin bike is comparable to 2 or more hours of road riding
punctuated with stop signs and traffic signals
然后中间因为种种误会，变成了企鹅觉得我在嘲笑她因为爬墙摔伤.
虽然作为tri/cycling/running的爱好者来说，我的确是希望她能放弃
爬墙这个有危险，但是却对三项没有太大帮助的运动，专心练三项
这个本身已经非常耗费时间和精力的运动。 但是我绝对没有任何嘲笑
她的意思。
因为我自己是一个要么不做， 要做就尽力把事情认真做好的性格。
所以我的确有点无法理解这种什么都玩的做法. 不过我的确也忽略
了不是每个人都那么serious, 很多人对各种运动的态度可能就只是想
have fun而已.
不管怎样，我对这个事情当时只是理解为观点的不同，并没有上升
到对人的高度。 好比我和铁哥有些意见也不同，但不妨碍我们做
朋友。所以当时我没太当回事，直到后来jekky跟我通了下气，说
企鹅很伤心，不愿再来tri等版面.
在此我想向企鹅道个歉，我前几天的确有些语言过激，但我绝对对你
个人没有任何意见，只是对事不对人， 看法不同而已。 的确我没有
任何权利不让你做啥，其实多种运动均衡发展也挺好的. 非常希望你
能尽早的养好伤，尽快恢复训练. 同时也希望你能尽量多来版面多和
大家讨论， 毕竟玩tri的女生少之又少， 大家都不希望失去你.
其实以前很多次，我和其他人争吵，你帮我仗义执言，我其实非常感激。
在此我想向你表示感谢，并且再次郑重向你道歉，希望你能接受我的
道歉，早日回到tri版的大家庭。

accepted.
I do take triathlon seriously. I will get back to training as soon as I get
approval from my doctor. I believe I will never be very fast, yet my aim is
to enjoy the process of training and racing. I also cherish the opportunity
to learn from this process and the endurance I can gain through training. I
will also keep climbing. Both endurance and climbing skill will benefit some
goal I have in mind.
