RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Forty-four-year-old Theldon Williams faced a judge Tuesday
afternoon in Raleigh after being arrested Monday night on statutory rape
charges.
Williams' sister told ABC11 that the father of two is a youth pastor. She
said this is a case of mistaken identity.
Williams is facing a number of charges stemming from alleged incidents
involving a 14 year old.
