－in？难道不用给签证费了？
网页上这么写的：
You do not need to make an appointment through the Call Center if:
You have traveled to the United States during the last 12 months on a
Business or Tourist (B1/B2) visa, or
You want to renew an F, J or H visa that expired less than 12 months ago and
was issued in Chengdu, and you are returning to the same school or
institution.
Applicants qualifying for this service may bring their applications and
supporting documentation to the | p**p

比如你的签证是05年5月1日开始生效的，有效期1年。那么你的签证06年5月1日失效
，但是在07年5月1日之前都可以免预约，直接上午到美领馆去排队签证。

，立马让你递身份证了
签证费不能免，照样要去中信银行 | E*P
