Hi, I am looking for someone to share a single house in Rockville area. It
is a single house located in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to
Rockville metro station, Rockville town center and many Chinese restaurants
and markets. Back to a public park with tennis court. Furnished bedroom with
windows, internet, washer/dryer on lower floor. Shared kitchen.
There are 3 bedrooms in the house available for rent:
Furnished master bedroom with private bathroom, $750 per
month
including internet. shared utility.
Furnished large bedroom on lower floor with half bath. $550 per
month
including internet. shared utility.
Furnished bedroom on lower floor with half bath. $500 per month
including internet. shared utility.
The lower level bedroom has walk-out door to patio, 3 windows. But you will
need to go upstairs to have a bath.
All rooms are available after Dec 10th. As to the temperature, the lower
level is very cool in summer, of course there is air conditioner too. The
house is located in Rockville,20850. You are welcome to schedule a visit to
