Closet in the rooms. Wall to wall carpet. Washer and Dryer in unit. Have bed
, desk, chair. The unit has one bathroom, a dining room and a kitchen. The
unit is on one and half level and the rooms have big windows.
Home is located in a very quiet and nice community in Greenbelt, 12 mins
drive to UMCP campus. 5 minutes walk to UM Shuttle stop. 11 mins drive to
greenbelt metro or new carroton metro station. Less than one mile to NASA.
Parking in front of apartment.
The lease is good to July 2014 and can be renewed. The unit is limited to
four occupants according to the law.
