是risk大小的关系，不可能是100%的关系。其他risk factor也一样。因为life style
不同而硬性规定很难。
买保险要填是不是有pre-existing疾病是一样道理。

to underwrite a policy for you.
I don't see how anybody has any right to prevent you
from eating McDonald's however much you like to,
but then equally I don't see how you have
any right to force an insurance company to sell you
a policy at a price _you_ see fit.

logic...". Just because a company doesn't
profile by race doesn't mean that they can't
profile by other criteria, e.g., smoking or eating
habit.
Besides, most insurance companies don't profile
by race only because it can be reasonably expected
that the PR image cost would be so bad that the
more accurate premium quoting can't even begin
to make up for it.
