CBS 13 reported: “Tracy residents will now have to pay every time they
call 911 for a medical emergency. But there are a couple of options.

I am all for this. This actually gives people choice.
If this is an ADDITIONAL charge on top of the town budget that has ALREADY
included police cost, then I am all AGAINST it.
