WASHINGTON — Senior staffers at the Securities and Exchange Commission
spent hours surfing pornographic websites on government-issued computers
while they were being paid to police the financial system, an agency
watchdog says.
The SEC's inspector general conducted 33 probes of employees looking at
explicit images in the past five years, according to a memo obtained by The
Associated Press.

是违反公司/学校的policy的，很多地方根本就是直接把黄网filter掉的。你在家里用
自己的机器24x7的看随你便，但是在工作的地方用work computer就是不允许的。当然
你要说人都是平等的某些人比别人更平等也可以。
