第二，慈善机构也有好有坏，要挑信得过的捐。
第三，从你的捐款所想达到的目的来看，国家效率更低，你捐的钱根本用不到你想用的
地方，中间多少官僚和寄生虫层层吸血拔毛。

政府可以设立专用基金，类似nsf那样的基金会，捐款人直接捐入专业基金就好。
政府养了那帮懒人，反正闲也是闲着还不如找点事情给他们做。

accumulation of our national debt. Government is spending tax dollars based
upon popularity not upon principles.

are controlled by GOP or Demoncrat.
Number of US Households = 114,825,000
Number of Tax Paying US Households = 57,413,000
Debt = $241,849.00/Taxpaying Household.
If I'm one of the housholds still pay federal income tax, I certainly have
problem with it. I will give more to cherities which some time I feel the
peach at least.

like ads in.
I read an article several years ago. Only best agent could hit 40%. The
author list several agent which spent <0.2%. But I can not find it anymore.
