when those biz owners finally decieds to move to other places together with
all the jobs, is it negative?
when future tax revenue shrinks because those "tax generators" moved, is it
negative?
when future tax revenue shrinks, the cops going out to ticket more people,
is it negative?
when future tax revenue shrinks, your kids' school funding get cut and you
have to pay more under fund raising and volunteer more, is it negative?
