let me propose a simple change to the current voting system
each voter can vote two positive votes (to different candidates)
and two negative votes (to different candidates).
the candidate with the most postivite votes (nation-wide count)
and at most 10% negative votes (of all population, including
non-voters) become the president. in case neither candidate
fails, just randomly choose a state governor as the president.

全世界都没有免费午餐，要这个政策，等两院里面华人和印度裔
占到40席以上再说吧，都是众院不行啊，参院起码要5个位置。
现在移民政策偏劳模和非法移民是铁定的，因为这是奥巴马背后那些人
的根本市场。
军火商石油商都很反感非法移民，他们的东西不需要非法移民来买。
但是奥巴马所代表的其中一部分利益集团的劳动力和消费对象
是这些人。另外，这些人加入美国，对奥巴马代表的另一部分利益集团
通过政策运作攫取税款有利。
说奥巴马是华尔街的走狗，也对也不对。华尔街在目前这个总统
选举其实是严重分裂的。不信我们可以打赌，今年大选华尔街不会
声音一致。
