actually I am thinking what is the difference between Today's two men's
intelligence in order to answer you about your last part.
If there are tiny differences between two people's intelligence, it would
mean
that there would be no big difference between two people from a same party.
The chance for a 'stupid' president to make a stupid decision is actally
really really low even if he or she succeeds from the same party member.
We don't need to worry about the big wrong doing that one party system may
cause,
especially in today's situation. (One party doesn't mean there is NO
fighting or argument within the party.)
I believe the earth will be united in one day, not just the countries
themselves.

I didn't see stupid presidents around the world in Today's international
society. Each president is smarter at least than me. However, I did see a
lot of countries were broken into pieces
because the fighting between their multiple parties.
