么大风险的项目。十分之一的成功率，那么成功的回报率估计至少是十几二十倍以上才
行。
78%的成功率，成功的回报率有50%就可以了。

庭背景会让他能够更多的获得这些内幕消息。当然，证据是大家都拿不到的。
另一个著名PE是凯雷，总部设在华盛顿，小布当政期间在军火上赚了大钱。
KKR在华盛顿也设有分部。
