对于新来的， 解释一下什么是 Right to work law.
就是允许你自由选择雇主， 想替谁工作就替谁工作， 主要雇主愿意。
在大部分蓝州， 很多大企业Unionized, 那么你要是想为这个企业工作， 你必须加入
工会， 必须交会员费。 否则就算企业愿意雇你， 你也不允许工作。非工会成员不许
在这家公司上班。 这甚至包括很多政府部门。HECK， 可能大部分都是政府部门。
听起来象黑社会？ You are right, because it IS.

union in your company? I guess you don't know what it means to have a union.
1. You give up your bargain power, and elect the union to present you.
2. This means you will never get a raise, unless the union bargained for
everybody.
3. Which means you will never get a raise unless everybody else get a raise.
True, you got your job security, but you will never get a raise even you
work hard, or you are more capable than other people. Union tends to
categorize the paycheck by age, not by your experience, effort put into work.
Basically you will be just another Joe. Well, if that's what you want, maybe

WI的工会好像是全美第二大，算是受到重创了。
MI的好像更激进，但是MI的州长2014年要重选，但是那个法案对很多工会来说要到2015

丘吉尔二战后就被英国人选下去了。一点怜悯都灭有。
那个位置的要求变了，根本不是给不适合的人的-无论
多么劳苦功高。
工会多少年前的确做出了贡献。但那以后，就吃老本，
拖死宿主，搞垮了多少美国企业-企业毕竟要盈利。
这倒好，纳税人的税率是可以涨的，就吃到撑死。而且
根本不顾宿主的健康，只管自己海塞。工会的领导阶层，
就如同票蛆党的高层，享尽荣华富贵，早已脱离了它们代表的
工人阶层，彻底成为人渣。
另外，美国的business-friendly的州，前十个有9个
是RTW州。美国工人也不是傻逼，UAW好几年想撬开南方
州，尤其外国汽车厂的大门，结果被工人（yes, workers)
给菊爆回来了。凭什么北方的工人没有选择的权利？？

Right to work是说，交纳工会会费不是受雇的条件之一。或者说工会会费是自愿交纳
而不是强制。
Right to work的对立面则是，工会会费是强制交纳。也就是说，雇人还是公司决定。
但是雇了人之后，工会会费自动从薪水中扣除，不管是不是工会会员。
当然，一般人肯定就加入工会了。不然会费就白交了。

More like a membership fee. If you want to be a member, you pay the fee. If
you don't want to pay the union due, you are not a member.
What's the problem with that?

我以前总不明白，那些总说什么，等你老了，等你生病了，等你被解雇，你也需要福利
的人。他们为什么不明白，如果福利一直很高，那么等有一天如果我们真的需要福利的
时候，还有福利分给我们吗？国家养老已经破产，还欠了一屁股债，国家医保的命运肯
定是一样的，这些事实都摆在眼前还不够吗？
后来我才明白，这些人都是当下就需要福利的，骗我们上贼船把自己的钱交上去，好给
他们发福利养活他们，他们才不管等哪天如果我们需要福利了，还会不会有剩下的钱给
我们呢。那些搞传销的不是都是这样的吗？
