所以窃听本身在美国是合法的。但是如果窃听的目的和nsa本身职责无关那就是滥用职
权了，而且很有可能涉及敲诈等其他犯罪。
就好比是警察钓鱼执法，本身在绝大多数国家是合法的，但是如果警察在钓鱼执法的时
候伪造证据，那应该在绝大多数国家就不合法了。
顺便我再说说IRS搜索事件。
这事再正常不过了，这就好比飞机场安检看到阿拉伯面孔、斯坦类面孔的自然检查得仔
细一些。那么IRS也一样，共和党、茶党的偷税组织数量肯定更多一些嘛，如果我用100
个关键词搜索，估计80个、90个得用在它们身上，这样工作效率才行啊。
IRS事件本来是打击民主党的好机会，为什么到现在屁点动静都没有了？共和党害怕嘛
，深究下去就什么都暴露了！ |
