小布什每年收支不平衡在100多billion到400多billion之间
奥巴马每年收支不平衡在1300多billion到1100多billion之间
他新增债务从1300多下降到1100billion，在我看来没什么显著下降，也就是jitter而
已，不比高兴过早

主党只加开支，不加税。结果就是debt不断增加。呵呵。

假设第一年增加了30%,然后连续3年下降了1%,然后有人说连续3年下降了耶, 这个下降
有个p用,就是骗普通老百姓的吧.
另外要特别指出的Dick Cheney说的那句著名的话:
Deficit does not matter, as long as the economy grows.
(左逼们引用的时候老是喜欢把后面那句话拿掉)
里根那个时代经济一直在快速增长,有点deficit问题不大.
现在经济根本就是没有增长,还拼命花钱,这个才是有大问题了.
