因为如果老中在图里，他们想证明的“Minorities Have Fared in States With
Affirmative Action Bans”就会自己打自己的嘴巴。
有选择地使用数据一向是左派的拿手好戏。
左派的政策歧视老中也就在情理之中了。

My father never graduated from high school, and worked construction until
his death at the age of 42. My mother did graduate high school and worked as
a receptionist in a pediatrician's office. We did not consider ourselves
poor, but we were far from being "comfortably well off".
The one thing that both of my parents instilled in me was education,
education, education. They wanted me to be more educated than they were and
have better opportunities for my future. After my father's death, both my
mother and I worked, she full time, me part time while in high school and we
saved every dime we could so I could go to college. My grades were good,
and back in those days, the late 60's, there wasn't anything like student
loans. So Mom's and my savings had to pay college tuition. I went to college
at a local university, living at home, and continuing to work as a waitress
, shlepping ice cream at a Dairy Cream store, anything I could get. It took
me 7 years to get my degree, but we (Mom and I together) did it, and we did
it on our own.
Affirmative Action was not available to me. Why. Because I was a white
female. |
