should. But I expect that to be mostly on the clearance granting side. I
expect the prosecutors to follow ABC - Assume nothing, Believe no one, and
Check everything, rather than witch hunting with Prof. Xi the latest example

美国有5百万人有secret以上的clearance
显然，美国是依赖文革式的钓鱼执法来吓住那些人想泄密的人
