我就一直在想,Intel这种技术公司不象大学,不怎么依靠联邦资金。按理说我私有企
业汤这浑水干嘛。

在竞争面前处于优势。
和大公司竞争的除了一两个其它大公司,还有一堆mid size和small biz。如果政府的
regulation强,那么对于中小公司绝对是压力大。如果一个小公司要保证affirmative
action,成本是难以接受的。而这样自然对大公司有利。
