网站只负责公布哪个人得了多少票。最后转换成delegates是各党自己负责。

By noon Friday, March 18, all absentee ballots (domestic, military, and
overseas) must be received by local election authorities. These will be
recorded by precinct, according to each voter's registered address.
The local election authority has until the 2nd Tuesday after the election to
certify the results. The state then has up to another 2 weeks to certify
and report the results This means that the vote in all precincts may not be
reported until 28 days after the election...candidates may request a recount
if the results are within 0.5% after all votes are counted
