"He'll be in Philly for his watch party tonight," Jackson said. "That's
indicative of where he and his campaign see this race going, to Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania allots 71 delegates in the Republican primary; 54 of which are

这个老床是没问题的。
PA特别的地方是18个选区共54票是unbounded的。理论上那些delegate是可以在
convention上任意发挥的。
但是！PA的delegate不是党委指定的，而是和总统候选人一起在primary上民选的。而
且delegate candidates在ballot上要指明他们支持哪一个总统候选人的。
所以PA的delegate是会反应民意的。Cruz在做梦！

也就是说，这54票虽然到CONVENTION才定，但是这些DELIGATE
也应该是我们选民选出来的TRUMP支持者。当然不保证他们不变节，
但是他们得小心选民的愤怒。

建制派一口一个规则
闭口不谈原则：
原则就是保证选民投票的权利，这是民主原则
避免谈原则，这是自杀行为

伊利诺伊相反
丙州的大多数选民到时候就是瞎投 我估计delegate candidates里有不少可撸子的木马
床铺吃亏的地方就在于手下人对竞选规则不熟 所以他攻击规则对他不公 现在又换了
个有经验的僚幕负责field operations 不过已经太晚啦

Pennsylvania has 18 congressional districts multiplied by three delegates
equals 54 delegates. Why are those delegates important? Because they are
completely unbound.
In some contests, most prominently Florida and Ohio, the statewide winner
gets all the delegates. Many other states give the statewide winner the
leader, bonus, and ten of the electoral delegates. The rest of the electoral
delegates, those allocated by congressional district, go to the candidate
that won that congressional district.
All states follow this procedure except two: Illinois and Pennsylvania.
In Illinois, however, prospective delegates had to identify which candidate
they were supporting on the ballot. In PA, though, no such condition exists.
This means that 54 of PA’s delegates are completely unbound and could
theoretically vote for any candidate at the convention.

本来哈，滨州是71票，但是不知道谁出的幺蛾子，给初选赢家17票，剩下的54票属于自
由投票
于是一帮人意淫干掉老床
可是，
这帮傻逼就不明白，这些党代表害怕的要死，如果他们违背选民意愿，11月众议院改选
他们就傻逼了
所以现在这54票一大帮人跳出来，我们要尊重选区人民意愿
现在老床领先20个百分点，除了个别傻逼神棍选区以外老床横扫没问题
于是，老床虽然下周二只能拿到17票，这54票里面也能拿很多
别担心

我觉得真的不太乐观。特别是共和党中央都是反对trump的。想想这些党代表都是老党
员，他们是怕得罪党中央,还是怕得罪选民。 显然是怕得罪党中央啊。
但是cruz有优势，一是党中央宁可cruz上也不愿trump上，二是教会支持cruz, 党代表
基本上都是教会虔诚的教民，所以投cruz有教会的精神支持。
