这个调查从2016年4月11日至5月17日，通过电话调查了1,212名亚裔选民。
调查抽样误差+/- 3%。 调查数据显示了以下趋势：
1. Asian Americans are shifting in party identification towards the
Democratic Party, and exclusionary rhetoric is a likely cause.
o There has been a 12-point increase in the proportion of Asian
Americans who identify as Democrats from 2012 to 2016 (pp.27-28)
o Bolstering evidence from 2014, our survey indicates that Asian American
registered voters, including Independents, will punish candidates
with anti-immigrant and anti-Muslim views (pp. 17-18)
2. Hillary Clinton has the most net favorability, while Trump is
viewed very unfavorably.
o A large proportion still have no opinion of Bernie Sanders (p.9)
o Many Republican candidates were viewed unfavorably this year,
highlighting the challenges for a party trying to attract immigrant
voter support amid exclusionary rhetoric by many presidential
candidates (p. 10)
• Ethnic media is an important source of political information,
especially for Chinese American and Vietnamese American voters (pp.31-34).
3. Asian Americans tend to favor the Democratic Party on many key
issues
o The Democratic advantage is strongest on the environment, racial
profiling, education, social security, and immigration reform (p.21)
o The Republican Party is evenly matched on only one issue: terrorism (p.
21)

Some Americans do want to vote for winners, that's one of the reasons for
the polling. Some people want to use Poll to influence the voting, even with
incomplete or biased polling. Just ignore the polls, vote your

's shitty policy making: lately Dem Party's directions totally are against
ASIAN Americans' views of value. That said, a lot of closet voters will vote
for trump. Thanks to Oba adm's political-correctness drive, these voters
will not say their views in public. BTW, it is so sad that this is not a
free country any more.

今年很多华人也是沉默的大多数。支持老床的华人团体各州都有。微信群里也是大部分
都挺老床的。

发帖数: 9883 | 8 不是针对这一个调查，几乎所有调访都存在好多问题，需要对各种结论持谨慎态度。粗
粗看了一下调查方法和问卷问题，几个明显的技术问题：
1.方法里没有讲调查人是匿名还是公开身份。如果公开aajc调访，问答人会给出倾向于
aajc这个progressive组织想要的答案。
2.被调查的人选有明显的biases, 受访人是登记在案的人物，无法做到匿名回答问题。
1212个人不是个大数目，每个州才20个人左右，而这个调查由于技术原因在NV和VA俩州
集中调查了200多人。这些人是否代表整个亚裔族群比较难说。
3.调查中有45%是用本族语言完成的，55%用英文完成。翻译过程中造成的语义差别没有
给出。
4.问卷问题本身语义含糊，就像所有的调访。更糟糕的是，这个调查的问题设计有严重
的逻辑问题。以至于自己都承认提问的顺序都会引起差异。比如：which issue is
extremely/very/somewhat/not important (for your vote in general election)?
正规的是给出一个单子，由受访人排序。这个调查却是一个一个问是哪种重要程度。
不一一例举，总体来说就是被调查的这些亚裔“表示”喜欢民主党多于喜欢共和党。这
个是believable。
