insist that evidence from autopsies be thrown out of court.
Am I wrong? If I'm on a jury, from this point on, I'm ignoring all evidence
from autopsies. After all, if even a Supreme Court Justice's death isn't
investigated then how can they justify investigating ANY death?
From now on, it's ASSUMED that anyone who dies an unattended death died from
"natural causes." Case closed. Think of all the money we'll save? No
need for medical examiners. The prisons will be a lot emptier. We can all
but eliminate Maximum Security.
