文规定，要么不确定是不是违宪，因此案子会一级一级打到最高法院。这也是为什么要
出修正案，来作出具体规定。
有钱有势的人或者群体，本身可以有更好的保护。因此supreme court会做出倾向于保
护平民弱势群体的判决。
Hillary并不笨，就算她年老昏头了，她背后的团队并不笨。

发帖数: 8869 | 5 不对。最高法院能接受案子，就说明案子是在联邦法律的范畴之内，只是判定的界限不
明显有争议。中国都句老话，以事实为根据，以法律为准绳，原被告方强势弱势从来就
不应该是标准。
