Department for a warrant that would allow agency officials to read any of
the newly discovered Abedin emails, and therefore are still in the dark
about whether they include any classified material that the bureau has not

查行為，例如傳喚證人，跟踪監視嫌疑人等等。
至於其他的調查行為，例如進入屋子裡搜證、電話監聽、或者查看電子郵件，那是需要
法官核准。
所以電子郵件一事，只是一個調查行為受挫，但 FBI 仍然有權用其他手段繼續調查。
