what was expected. She said Democratic voters were "afraid" to come out and
cast their ballot because they may not have had the adequate ID.
"What has been different this particular election, than any other, is voter
suppression," Rye declared Monday on CNN. "And we should talk about that. If
you don't want to talk about a recount, talk about why people felt like
they couldn't go to the polls because they were afraid they didn't have the
adequate ID. Is that really what we want our democracy to be about? We
shouldn't make it harder for people to vote. We should be making it easier.
