A former student at Trump University is refusing to accept a legal
settlement from the US President, because she "wants to hold Donald Trump
accountable".
Sherri Simpson paid almost $19,000 (拢15,000) for seminars and mentorship
programmes in 2010 from the now defunct education company that ran a real
estate training program from 2005 until 2010.
She was one of a number of people included in a series of class action
lawsuits against the US leader, seeking refunds as well as punitive damages
for breach of contract, fraud, negligent misrepresentation and bad faith.

，如果她真的拒绝接受，那么整个settlement（应该包括所有其他原告）作废，进入庭
审，可能赢，可能输。律师和其他原告一定不会让她这么做，她肯定也没有几千万资产
作为她肯定赢官司的抵押。
所以，她就是瞎胡闹。 |
