And the Navy recruits almost exclusively from the bottom 50%.
The only surprise here is that this does not happen far more often. |

The American end of the conversation is now taken over by the ship’s
captain.

“Negative captain. I’m not moving anything. Change your course. Over.”

Atlantic Fleet. You WILL change course fifteen degrees North or I will be
