Here is a thought by a Todd Nelson, A lawyer on another thread:
"Manafort and Gates should be suing Mueller and Rosenstein for false
arrest. The special counsel statutes say there has to be a specific
crime charged for a special counsel to be appointed. There is NO such
crime here. Therefore, Mueller, and his lawyers, are committing felonies
just by being in the investigation. They have no legal justification
for investigating Manafort, or anyone else, so he needs to sue Mueller
and all of his associates for Manafort's arrest. Rosentein knows the
special counsel statutes, and knows there was no legal justification for
the appointment of one, so Rosenstein needs to be fired, as well as
sued." |
