McConnell faces a conflict of interest by being married to Secretary of
Transportation Elaine Chao — not because of her Cabinet position, but

Blankenship’s own fiance, Farrah Meiling Hobbs, was born in China and moved
to the U.S. in 1996, the Times noted. According to a website of the
international training company she founded, Hobbs is a “former Chinese
professional basketball player and part-time model.”
