my impression is that most current conservative efforts to chip away on this
fall into 2 categories:
1. require counseling, must take a mamo, must wait 3 days etc, etc. if the
left has no issue requiring 3, 5, 10 days waiting periods on people's 2nd
amendment rights, it is hypocritical that they refuse a 3 day waiting period
to terminate a pregnancy.
but all in all, I don't care for these restrictions. a woman who has doubt
about her pregnancy should have access to all information, all options. but
for the state to mandate this is nuts.
2. stop public funding from going into Planned Parenthood and organizations
alike. I m allllllll for this! all the liberal billionaires can do they
charity for those women. just don't take my tax money and give a big part of
it to the democrats under the table. in the spirit of the latest union case
, it is a violation of my 1st amendment rights.

我的关于争议的意思是说地方自治只是一种治理方式，而不是保证能够化解争议。争议
是现代公民社会的一部分，像你说的，也就是北韩这样的国家没有争议。我是好奇老王

地方自治只是把争议小型化地方化，可能的损害程度降到最低。
就和民主制度只是最不坏的制度一样的道理。
