这么一弄感觉就不太好了。会不会AZ州长为了连任暂时选这个人，等连任之后，明年一

Ducey unveiled the 76-year-old as McCain’s successor at a news
conference
at the state capitol, saying that Kyl only committed to fill the Senate seat
of the late through January of 2019.

Standing alongside the governor, Kyl said that he had no interest in running
for the seat come 2020 and would also not commit to serving past the
current session of Congress, which ends in January.
Kyl cast himself as a reluctant public servant called out of retirement in a

“I’m willing to serve certainly through the end of this session
at least to make sure that the business that is currently ongoing is taken
care of,” Kyl said. “But I don’t want to make a commitment
beyond that.”
