我来说说吧。percentage 就是 你今天本来Budget 是150 美元，不允许超支，结果你
花了60 美元，那你就花了40%。这个百分比就是percentage. Simple as that.
Centage is another concept created by me. For cooperate America. Hahahah
It goes as this, it’s just a scenario. If you have to have a meeting, the
charter says the meeting, in order for it to be successful as far as
decision making goes, you have to have a minimum of 14 people to attend, but
maybe more, such as 45.
So as things goes, you only end up with 35 persons, in the meeting, they
casted their votes. If you are the host such as a dean, you may carry a
percentage of 30% weigh-in power, the rest is spread out among the rest of
persons who attend the meeting equally. So they have a combined 70% weigh-in
power.
If it’s a yes or no voting situation, you would count their votes, say if
bisides yourself, among the 35 people, 9 voted yes.
So 9/35 times 70%, is their weigh-in power to put in for final decision. If
you vote yes as well, yours is 30%.
So 25.71% + 30% is 55.71%
If your charter says for a decision to pass on, you all have to have a
centage vote at 55% or above, you have a yes as final decision then.
If it’s a choices vote, you know how to move around this concept already.

attends the voting session, each of them may carry a different weigh-in
power. In the final percentage, you may have many individual weigh-ins or
individual weigh-ins blended under a lager group.
