timing.However, if market is not going up in long term,Obama is liable for

正的关键在于赚钱赔钱、或者说会不会有人告。
一个类似的事情：不要帮人指挥交通、或者指挥倒车，万一出事会有 liability 的。

因为长期投资是肯定赚钱的。所以长期投资本身就是政府和法律鼓励的。
比如退休基金免税就是用法律形式鼓励长期投资。 | a****1

版那更是公然违法的大平台了。
另一方面，房产经纪也要执照，但没有执照而建议买卖（例如朋友间的对话），有没有
法律规范？没听说过！只知道在房产公司工作、但却没有执照的人不得给客户提供建议。 |
