可是川普的回答很坚决，我不感兴趣，我们要边境安全，可是民主党什么都不想做。川

On top of that if Govt is still shut down by March 1, SNAP benefits will be
cut off. Then all the leeches will have to either get a job or turn to
stealing and be shot or jailed.
Congress could never pass such effective legislation to cut food stamps and
reduce the bloated federal workforce.
