Based on my reading, VAT is a consumption tax, the buyer pay the taxes, so
we the consumer are really paying the 10% VAT yang proposed, amazon/google
are simply collecting the taxes.
I don't know how yang can get google/amazon to pay VATs if they are simply
selling their service, anyone can explain? | s****d 发帖数: 1830 | 2 所有主要国家都有VAT 天朝制造业14% 服务业17% 欧洲20% 日本6% 公司会涨价相应的

switching from sales taxes to vat, because big companies in EU and US dodged
similar amount of money each year.
Because corporate tax-dodging costs the EU between $54.5 billion and $76.4
billion a year. according to a study by the European Parliamentary Research
