Based on my reading, VAT is a consumption tax, the buyer pay the taxes, so
we the consumer are really paying the 10% VAT yang proposed, amazon/google
are simply collecting the taxes.
I don't know how yang can get google/amazon to pay VATs if they are simply
selling their service, anyone can explain? | s****d
