An employee at a New York City hospital where nurses are forced to wear
garbage bags as gowns has died of coronavirus.
Kious Kelly, 48, died at Mount Sinai West hospital in Manhattan on Tuesday
night, a week after he was admitted upon testing positive for coronavirus,
according to the New York Post.
Kelly was an assistant nursing manager at Mount Sinai West, which like other
hospitals in New York and elsewhere has been hit by an urgent shortage of
personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks and isolation gowns. | d*******y

发帖数: 4478 | 5 每个护士都有PPE。要说PPE不够，也就是在一个shift之内不能换好几个，但是每人都
有gown。
protocol可以是一个shift换好几个，就好像纽约另一家医院按照protocol，每天用4万
个N95。但是不按protocol换那么勤，也不容易染上。不穿PPE倒是一定会染上。
他是nursing manager，不是nurse。他主动去帮忙，没有穿任何PPE。
