We are all American and Californians!
ACA-5 will divide Californians into unequal sub-groups and deteriorate
conflict among different races. It will raise hatred towards certain races.
It is a negative move. I strongly oppose it!
If ACA5 is implemented, those kids you intend to help will not work hard;
they will not study hard because they think the enrollment policy help them.
ACA5 will discourage them from learning real knowledge.
If ACA5 is implemented, unqualified kids are pushed into colleges, they will
not be able to graduate, The history before Prop 209 has proven it. This
will hit them hard in the rest of their life with a feeling of failure. This
will also waste Californian's tax money.
If ACA5 is implemented, we will weaken our ability to compete with other
countries. I believe your intention is definitely not to fail our country
and future.
If you really want to help those kids, please think out some methods to
encourage them to learn real knowledge during K-12, and enhance their
ability to complete fairly with other students, young people of America and
around the world.
I beg you to consider the Pros and Cons one more time for the future of our
country and abandon this negative legislation.
