我自己一直在是佛罗里达市政联合会，所以我看到的政治博弈就在我眼前，我对美国政
治的阴暗面可能已经有点免疫了。但是有些华人对整个美国的体制，第一次觉得没有安
全感。更有一些贸易的人，怕自己的生意成为牺牲品。有些做高科技的可能就是想多赚
点钱，瞒报了一下，放在过去这没什么，现在变成了犯罪，华人的安全感开始动摇。
太牛b了，请问这位主任您瞒报了多少？您知道申报海外金融账户的法律已经存在了近
50年了，是当年冷战用来收拾苏联间谍的神器。Obama在2010年又通过了FATCA，把这个
申报要求严格了百倍。绝不是什么这放在过去没什麽好么？您要是瞒报了，建议还是尽
快自首，违反FATCA/FBAR是刑事重罪，不但重罚账户最搞balance可达300%，另外可能
在联邦监狱呆上几十年，建议即早自首 | S*******f
