A federal appeals court ruled Thursday that Harvard University didn’t
violate federal civil-rights law, backing a 2019 district court decision and

I mean no surprise here, of course the federal appeals court would rule this
way rather than went against SCOTUS previous rulings. But I think the time
is ripe.
