他们的中心理由是：靠扫描机收集到的投票信封上名单与投票名单不合
在店里自动付款时用过扫描机的人都知道，有时一次扫描会不成功，操作的人如果不注
意就会出错。更糟糕的是，有时候一大批信封可能就（由于被忘记）没被扫描过（那个
女的的誓书里都提到确实出现了）
而这种不合的情况在整个州到处都有，是很普遍的
并且牵涉到的数目可以说是微不足道

In the case of absentee ballots, an out-of-balance precinct can happen
because the scanners may accidentally fail to catch a person's name on the
envelope, Duggan said.
"They put the ballot through the machine," he said. "They may think the
scanner caught the person's name, but if it didn't, it doesn't record at the
end of the night, you could have 541 ballots and 540 scanned names. It just
means the bar scanner missed. It doesn't mean there's anything wrong."
In the case of poll sites, Duggan said minor mistakes may sometimes occur
when voters choose to spoil their ballot, meaning they decide to vote again
because they have changed their mind about a candidate.
"You go up to the clerk, they give you a new one and they void the old one,"
Duggan explained. "The clerk is supposed to write down that they gave you a
new ballot. But if they forget to do that at the end of the night, it will
show 388 ballots issued for 387 count. That's out of balance. It is not any
indication of any voter fraud in the voting process."
Out of roughly 250,000 votes cast in the city of Detroit, there were only
357 out-of-balance counts, Duggan said.
"99.9% was done correctly," Duggan said.
"If the presidential election in Michigan was decided by 100 votes, it would
have made sense in the canvass to audit those 357," Duggan said. "It might
have changed the outcome. But Michigan was decided by 145,000 votes."

Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson appeared on MSNBC following the Nov. 17
meeting and stated her office plans on conducting a statewide risk-limiting
and local performance audits, but that the Wayne County Board of Canvassers
specific request for an independent audit didn’t appeared to be binding.
Benson also said the next day that there is no legal mechanism for
canvassers to reverse their vote after results have been approved.
In Detroit, 70% of precincts were found to be unbalanced after the Nov. 3
election — most of them absentee ballot precincts. Unbalanced precincts
cannot be recounted by law, and have historically been attributed to human
error. A jammed tabulator or a person signing in to vote and leaving before
casting their ballot can result in unbalanced books kept by poll workers.
The problem has been common statewide, Benson said, and has progress has
been made on reducing poll book imbalances since the primary. What’s
uncommon, she said, is refusing to certify results because of imbalanced
precincts, which aren’t indications of widespread voter fraud. |

The Secretary of State’s office, however, argues there is no legal
mechanism for Palmer and Hartmann to rescind their votes. All 83 counties in
Michigan had certified their elections as of Thursday, Nov. 18.
“Their job is done and the next step in the process is for the Board of

Palmer said in her affidavit that she only agreed to certify the results if

did not view our audit resolution to be binding,” Palmer said in her Nov.
18 affidavit. “Democrats went off the hinges trying to suggest we wanted to
suppress the Black vote, and that was not the case. As a result of these
facts, I rescind my prior vote to certify Wayne County elections.”
Benson has committed to investigating the plethora of unbalanced precinct
totals in Wayne County communities, but has also said the board’s demand
for an independent audit didn’t appear to be binding. |

DETROIT (AP) — Michigan’s election agency on Friday recommended that the
Nov. 3 results be certified next week by state canvassers, a decision that
would bless Joe Biden’s victory over President Donald Trump but likely not
cool partisan strife over the vote.
The recommendation was posted online with the formal Monday meeting notice
of the Board of State Canvassers. The guidance came at the end of a stormy
week in which Trump summoned Republican state lawmakers to the White House
on Friday in an extraordinary effort to try to set aside Biden’s 154,000-
vote victory.
On Tuesday, GOP canvassers in Michigan’s largest county, Wayne, refused to
certify local results but then changed their position after hours of intense
public criticism over Zoom. Then after talking to Trump, they said a day
later they were rescinding their previous vote but it was too late.
The state Bureau of Elections said all of Michigan’s 83 counties had sent
their certified results to Lansing. |

有不少超低级谣言可以不攻自破，基本逻辑上都极难通过，竟然还有人信它们
跟着谣言跑，会累坏人，不管你是在那一边
对信了而且又去捐钱的人，送出去的钱基本都被败掉，一个个官司输掉或者撤掉，钱流
进了律师们的腰包
如果不捐钱就更没希望
用钱增加希望也算是对自己做了善事。。。正能量正能量
一般人最多只要跟踪能上法庭的传言或谣言就行了

in the former vice president’s column.
But even after that happens, Snyder said in an interview for the Yahoo News
"Skullduggery" podcast that he worries about the long-term impact of Trump’
s efforts to persuade the Republican leaders in Michigan’s GOP-controlled
legislature to set aside the election results and select an alternative set
of pro-Trump electors.
“What’s troubling through all this is the president’s behavior — and
that of the people on his legal team,” Snyder said. “They’re actually
undermining democracy with their actions.
“I’m concerned about the damage that’s going to go on for the next
several years in terms of misinformation, creating doubts in the minds of
his supporters, things like that,” he said. “There’s a lot of damage.
President Trump has done terrible things. This man is the divider-in-chief
of our nation.”
Snyder’s sharp remarks about the president’s actions may not be surprising
to many in his state. Although he served two terms as the state’s
Republican governor between 2011 and 2019 — and at one point was mentioned
as a potential running-mate with Mitt Romney in the 2012 election — Snyder
