month ago, about two weeks before the election.
Anyway, here is my story.
1. I voted for Trump in 2016, though at that time I already despised his
personality. But I told myself, who cares about his characteristics? He
might still be a good president even if he is an asshole. Just like who
cares about what is going on between Clinton and Lewinsky? Clinton is
regarded as one of the better presidents. Also importantly, I dislike
Hillary even more. So I voted for Trump, hoping that he could be a good
president.
2. I think the media has been too tough on Trump. He has been doing not
bad, at least not worse than Obama, up until the pandemic hit.
3. As soon as he spewed out China Virus and Kong Flu, I knew he lost my
vote.
4. His terrible handling of the virus scares me. His crazy rallies and
discouraging people wearing mask scare me even more. Most likely I will be
fine if infected. But I have parents, many uncles and aunts living in the
US, and a lot of them are at high risk. I don't want any one of them to die
.
5. Anyway, I did not vote for Trump. I didn't vote for Biden either.
6. I voted for Judy Chu, a Dem I know for sure. I also voted for a few
Asian candidates, whose parties I didn't bother check and therefore do not
know. I even forgot their names now.
7. I voted for republican candidates for other positions with no Asian
candidates.
8. Yes, I am a 川黑, but I am not a 白粉, if you know the difference.
9. I was a 川黑 when I entered this board a month ago, but I was not a 川粉
黑, until some trumpers pissed me off by repeatedly calling me 左逼 and 臭逼
simply because I said I would not vote for Trump. Now I am a 川黑 and 川粉
黑. And it will be my pleasure to see how Trumpers react when Trump
concedes.
10. When this is over, I will leave this board. I will be back to be my
Republican leaner.
