老川做的，只不过是不让旧产业加速死亡而已。
而民主党，是让新产业还没成熟之前，让旧产业加速死亡。用政策的方式，而不是市场
的方式，让旧产业加速死亡。
这就好像，邓小平其实压根就不会搞经济，他只不过是把卡在中国经济脖子上的手松松
罢了。
老川的确没有任何可行的出路和计划，但是他会给美国提供适应全球化变化的缓冲时间。
就好像我们总会死的，但是我们依然要保持体质，一为了生活质量，二为了别死太早。
