我想提醒大家，是先有兩國論，後有白皮書，如果沒有兩國論的拋出，就沒有白皮書的發表。白皮書不過是比較全面地詳細地概括了中國關於台灣問題的立場和政策，包括了鄧小平關於和平統一、國兩制，到江澤民主席八項原則，包括在裡面，沒有新的東西。
至於說，台灣問題不能夠無限期地拖下去，那麼早在八十年代，鄧小平幾乎是用同樣的語言闡明過這個問題。不能無限期地拖延下去啊，拖下去，那不動武，行嗎，早就講過了。
為什麼反響這麼大呢？那就是因為在某一個國家，有一些從來就是反對中國的人士，他們從來就是把中國當作潛在的敵人，要利用台灣這個不沉的航空母艦來反對中國，因此他們就是願意或者主張台灣問題要無限期拖延下去，那你今天你說不能無限期拖下去，還不翻了天？因此，種種的武脅也就出來了，就說如果中國要解決台灣問題，某某國家就要用武力來干預。

Even those American guys choiced the civil war rather than
disunification.
I think Jiang and Zhu have the same point view on this ,just act as
the different part.
