the FIRST group of mainland expert will go to hongkong to work as the
Science and Engineering expert.
This group contain 3 people, one of them is a ustb professor. (sorry,
I DON'T REMEMBER THE NAME.)
From now on, hongkong government will invite more mainland expert(REN
CAI) to honkong to work.
I can't find the website to post this news, if someone can, please
post it here.
