Bear in mind, no matter where you live, your life is YOUR
life - it doesn't become miserable or glorious simply
because you live in a different place.
I may be too young to tell people what's the true taste of
life. But I don't whine like a loser, I curse on the hard
times and I beat it as a man I should be.

at least it doen't apply to my life and also most of my
friends' life.
Personal experience can be very different, no matter you are
in the US
or China. Many people in China still lead a very poor life
while some
few are damn rich. So what is the "事实"? I mean, you have
to look
the whole picture. Many, if not most, Chinese student are
very happy
here. What 老一 wrote was very biased.

1。留学生也是普通人，成功的人无论在国内外都是少数。你感到生
活
的压力，国内的下岗工人就没有？即使是外国人，也处于生活压力下

不要把自己看得太高，以为留学就一定了不起。
2。国外相对来说，也提供了一个相对公平的环境，只要你有真才实
学，
总不至于没饭吃。博士到餐馆打工，也不稀奇，最近国内一条消息博

应聘当小学教师惨被淘汰。学历高不等于本事高。卢刚并不能算优秀

因为他的心胸不够开阔。这种人只能说是应试教育的胜利者，但在生
活
中并不成功，即使回国，也未必很有前途，当然情况会好一点。
3。国内现在看上去表面很繁荣，但与98年前的东南亚泡沫也有类似

经济只增长不生级。很多都是靠外资推动的。有些人能拿到1，2万一

the life of a Chinese peasant is your ideal life. Because,
1) you can stay with your wife, your child and your parents
all the time.
2) you can eat anything China has.
3) your feeling is good. You think you are the happiest man
in the world, because you never knows the outside world.

在国外混得很一般。人生的奋斗和实现就那么简单地可以归结为
美元，汽车，房子，以及吃喝拉撒吗？
反过来从现实的角度说，假如两口子的月收入总共不到3000元人
民币的家庭，他们在北京能卖得起房子吗？连回龙观，西三旗的
房价都高得让工薪阶层瞠目，你就更别提四环五环边了。
就象前边一个朋友说的，生活就是生活，永远都不必回避。既然
到了国外，你就得好好奋斗，好好享受。
