employee benefit, i.e. the company will match 1:1
any donation(upto a limit) the employee made to a charity
satisfying certain conditions (such as 501(c)(3) non-profit
organization dedicated to higher education or health
services etc)
For example, I donated $500 to USTCAF, then my employer
Cadence will also donate $500 to USTCAF :)
But universities and a lot of small companies do not have
such "benefit".
