一台Sun Ultra 10 机，在装Solaris 7.0 for SPARC平台版本过程中
出错，
没法装上操作系统，出错信息如下：
控制台上出现的信息如下：

Uncorrectable Error:Block 167cbe

disk not responding to selection

offline
dad0:disk okay
创建UFS文件系统后，
Warning:/pci@1f,0/pci@1,1/ide@3/dad@0,0(dad0):
Uncorrectable Error:Block 167cbe
