a basic quation...
using irix. and I tried to run some expect scripts.
there was an error msg when i typed expect:
Tcl_Init failed: version mismatch: library
scripts expect Tcl version 7.5b1 or later but the loaded version is
only 7.4p1
so how to update Tcl?
I asked the administrator, who told me the Tcl 8.0 was in some dir.(../freeware/
but how to update it? just copy over the tclsh8.0 to /usr/bin ? or should
make some symbolic link ?
(i guess admin didn't know these. she only told me to change
